Every return has a date on it. We work backwards from that date, so nothing ever lands on your desk marked urgent.

WF Advisory works from Lilleshall, just outside Newport, and looks after clients the length of the country — from local trades to limited companies that have never met us in person.
We started the way most practices would rather not admit to: one client, a spare room, and a January that went badly. A return went in late because the paperwork had sat in a queue behind a bigger account. We decided that would never be the reason again.
So we cap the number of clients we take on. We would sooner turn work away than let your year-end wait behind someone else's. Every client gets a named point of contact, a fee agreed up front, and a calendar built around each deadline rather than crammed against it.
We are not the cheapest accountants in Shropshire, and we have never tried to be. What you pay for is that the work is done early, checked twice, and explained in words that mean something.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, any services you tick, and the details you write in your message.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide accountancy services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Where you go on to engage us, we process your data to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)) and to meet our legal obligations as accountants (Article 6(1)(c)).
If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it within 12 months. Where you become a client, we keep records for the period required by tax and company law — generally six years after the end of the relevant financial year.

Fees are agreed in writing before work starts and invoiced separately. Monthly packages are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
